We still have a land line out here so communicating by text is only possible when we are in town. (What a hassle, I know!)
A $300 deposit reserves a male or female puppy of your choice from the new litter. We let people pick in the order that they put down a deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your total puppy purchase price. This deposit is non-refundable.

Picking your puppy: (The best part) We allow families to pick out a puppy between 4 and 6 weeks old. This allows time for mom to relax and puppies to start showing personality. Since we live about 30 minutes outside of Jordan Valley up in the mountains, we prefer to meet you halfway for this. (We'd rather not have you getting lost trying to find us.)
We typically meet at Marsing Island Park Hwy 55 on the Snake River : Marsing, ID 83639. (We do this on a Saturday).

Puppies are ready to take home at 7 weeks old and will have been health checked for heart murmur and cryptorchidism. A clean bill of health is provided at sale. Puppies will have first round of shots and will have been dewormed with Nemex following the bi-weekly puppy schedule.

Each puppy will come with linage and AKC registration papers. (Registration will be limited unless breeding rights are requested and approved)

How do I pay? We accept cash or we can send you an invoice through Square payment and it is due on puppy go home date.

Do we ship puppies? No-
We can meet you at the Boise airport & provide an airline approved carry-on soft carrier for go home.

We are from another state but we want one, can we meet in the middle?
In most cases we are totally down for a road-trip. We are willing to travel up to 5 hours from the Nampa ID area. However, we do charge extra for any trip more than 2 hours. (This is not a flat fee and is negotiable)

How many litters do you have per year? 1 litter per year keeps our Mama's happy and healthy.

Do you genetically test them? Yes, we provide copies of parent Optimal Selection Genetic testing to ensure that we are breeding happy healthy Golden Retrievers

Do you do health checks? Yes, all of our puppies are checked by our vet 1-2 times before they leave us. They are checked for overall health and heart murmur/heart defects. Males are checked and cleared for unilateral cryptorchidism. They receive first round distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvo, and parainfluenza. Puppies are dewormed with Nemex following the Bi-weekly schedule.

Do you Microchip? We do not.

Hips/Elbows? All of our Goldens have good hips and elbows.

Do your remove dewclaws?
We do not remove dewclaws unless requested by someone wanting a waterfowl hunting dog who will be working in heavy brush. (Retrievers use their dewclaws as a hook to escape icy waters when doing field work). We have found that they are very unlikely to have any problems when left with dew claws.
